    • WHITTON James - At the Willett Hospital, Paris on Friday, October 10, 2003, James Frederick Whitton of Brantford and formerly of Paris, in his 87th year; husband of the late Evelyn Ethel Gill 1999; brother-in-law of Helen Allen and Jane Gossling both of Brantford, Nell Gill and Faye Gill, both of Paris; also survived by many nieces and nephews; predeceased by infant son Billy and by brother Bill Whitton during the Second World War. James and his wife Evelyn operated a clothing store, Tots to Teens, in downtown Paris for many years. He was also a veteran of the Second World War serving with the R. C. A. F. Friends will be received at the Wm. KIPP FUNERAL HOME, 184 Grand River Street North, Paris on Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p. m. where funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 14 at 1:30 p. m. Reverend Bob Schroeder of St. James Anglican Church officiating. Interment Paris Cemetery.
