      A PETITION having been presented to the Sheriff
      of Lanarkshire, at Glasgow, at the instance of
      Mrs. Margaret Whitton or Rennie, four hundred and
      ninety Great Eastern Road, Glasgow, Alexander
      Dansken, House Factor, nine Dalmarnock Street,
      Glasgow, and Samuel Whitton, twenty-three Craigpark
      Drive, Dennistoun, Glasgow, as Trustees of the
      late Mrs. Margaret Stout or Whitton, and also of
      the late Mrs. Mary Stout or Shaw, and Messrs.
      Dansken and Fletcher, nine Dalmarnock Street,
      Glasgow, as Factors, for the Sequestration of the
      Estates of Miss CHRISTINA BAIN, eight hundred
      and thirteen Garscube Road, Glasgow, the Sheriff-
      Substitute of this date granted Warrant for citing
      the said Debtor to appear in Court on the seventh
      day next after citation, to show cause why Sequestration
      of her Estates should not be awarded, in terms
      of the Bankruptcy (Scotland) Act, 1913, Section 14;
      of all which Intimation is hereby given.
