      Dundee, with the concurrence of William Grieve
      Whitton, Farmer, Dunkenny, Eassie, David Bell
      Ruthveu, Butcher, residing at 5 Baxter Park Terrace,
      Dundee, and Joseph Duncan Dundas, Librarian, residing
      at 7 Hermonhill Terrace, Perth Road,
      Dundee, as Executors of the late James Whitton
      Robertson, Fish Merchant, who resided at White
      House, Kirkton of Nevay, Newtyle, Angus, acting
      under Trust Disposition and Settlement granted by
      him dated 12th January 1928 and registered in the
      Books of Council and Session 18th August 1938, for
      Sequestration of the Estates of CHARLES PIGDON
      BOE, Auctioneer, formerly at 18 Bank Street,
      Dundee, and 122 Market Street, St. Andrews, and
      at present residing at 5 Lynnewood Place, Dundee,
      the Sheriff-Substitute of this date granted Warrant
      for citing the said Charles Pigdon Boe to appear in
      Court on an inductee of seven days from the date of

      Estates should not be awarded; of all which
