      Robert Louis Johnston, 76, passed away at his home in Lake Havasu City, Arizona Monday, July 7, 2003.

      He was born to W.V. and Vera Winters Johnston Oct 31, 1926 in Coalville, UT.

      Bob served in the U.S. Navy Sept 1944-June 1946 and then served three years in the U.S. Army. He married Reva Banks Nov 9, 1955. He worked 30 years for Ideal Cement, Coalville, UT; Fort Collins, CO; and Three Forks, MT. He then worked five years for Kaiser Cement, Apple Valley, CA. He retired to Montana until his asthma required him to live in a warmer climate, which brought Bob and Reva to Lake Havasu City, AZ to enjoy life in the desert. He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

      Bob is survived by his wife of 47 years, Reva Banks Johnston, Lake Havasu City, AZ; sons, Don Robert, wife, Stephanie, Delano, CA, Blair Johnston, Plymouth, MA; grandchildren, Lonie, Cassie, Sean, Cody; sisters, Belva (Ray) Wright, Taylorsville, UT, Valerie Carmichael, Murray, UT; and his faithful dog, Boots. His parents and two brothers preceded him in death.

      Services, 11 a.m. Mon. July 14, 2003 Walker Mortuary, 187 S. Main St, Spanish Fork, UT 84660, George Banks officiating. Friends may call 9:45-10:45 a.m. prior to services. Interment, Spanish Fork City Cemetery. Military honors, the American Legion.
