      On Thursday, 89th June, a very pretty wedding look place In the Queen Jinn Presbyterian Church, when MIss Edith May Thompson, eldest daughter entered into the holy bonds of matrimony with Mr. Robert Alfred Whitton, youngest son of Mr. R. Whitton, Kirnberley, South Africa, The Rev. J. Q. Scarfe performed the ceremony. The graceful bride looked most charming as she enterod the Church on the arm of her uncle, Mr. D, Thompson. She wore the bridegroom's gift a valuable gold brooch set with rubies and pearls. Two bridesmaids attended the bride Miss Mary Thompson and Miss Lily Thompson cousin and sister
