      Robert E. Whitton

      Services for Robert E. Whitton, 73, formerly of Topeka, will be at 12:30 p.m. Thursday in the Wall-Diffenderfer Chapel wiht burial in Mount Hope Cemetery. He died Monday at Denver.

      He was born in Canada and was a veteran of World War I. He was a former employee of the Topeka Supply Depot.

      Mr. Whitton is survived by his wife, Mrs. Crystal Whitton of the home; a sister, Mrs. Eva Voss of Kansas City; and three stepchildren. Mrs. Velma Countryman of Council Grove, Mrs. Auline Dogget of Belleville and Orville Luthi of Twin Falls, Idaho.
