    • Gaffney, SC - - Lorena Ritch Goforth, 91, of 185 Bud’s Trail, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, October 11, 2016 at Spartanburg Restorative Care.
      Born in Converse, she was the widow of the late William Wyatt Goforth, Jr. and daughter of the late Robert Lewis Ritch and Tiney Ingle Ritch. She was a retired beautician, loved cooking and her work, and was a faithful member of Goucher Baptist Church.
      Surviving are a son, Donald Ray Goforth of the home; two daughters, Barbara Elizabeth Mullinax and husband, Lee, of Pacolet and Pat Scoggins and husband, Bates, of Jonesville; four grandchildren, Barbara Ann Humphries, Marshall Wyatt Mullinax, John Ashley Mullinax and wife, Jaime, and Stacey Williams and husband, Eric; five great-grandchildren, Ava Williams, Logan Williams, Garrison Williams, William Mullinax and Ashley Mullinax. She was preceded in death by a brother, Lester Ritch and a step-brother, Elzie Bright.
      The family will receive friends from 1:00 until 2:00 PM on Friday, October 14, 2016 at Goucher Baptist Church. Graveside services will immediately follow at 2:00 PM in the Goucher Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Norman Gardner officiating.
